Well, we have finally decided to go south and visit Italy proper! On Saturday, Ina and I headed over to Bergamo, a small hillside city north-east from Milan.
It was quite a foggy day, but the city was gorgeous nevertheless. Here are a few pictures for you enjoyment!

Meran(o)

Following our initial reconnaissance of Oberbozen, Ina and I returned to the area last Saturday (Oct. 30) to explore the mountain a bit more.
We headed out of Trento at 7:00, getting to see the sun-rise through the mountains before getting to Bozen, from where we got to Oberbozen by cable car. From the moment we arrived in Oberbozen, there was snow everywhere - to Ina's delight. From there we set out for Klobenstein by tram before hiking out to the Earth Pyramids. After this, we made our way up the mountain by bus and gondola.
The view from the top of the Rittner Horn was quite astonishing - nothing like spending a nice Saturday in the middle of the mountains!
Of course, I had not recharged my cameras so most of the pictures come from Ina's camera - enjoy!
Finally a few videos with great landscapes, winds, and heavily accented German and French.
Next post: Merano!
